I hope you don’t mind me contacting you but, having read your blog, I wondered whether you might like to sample some Sakata rice crackers, which have just launched in the UK?

The Japanese snack is already a big success in Australia and New Zealand and is the UK’s first flavoured rice cracker. And they are, of course, gluten free.

• Each cracker is nine calories or less
• Sakata are gluten-free, making them ideal for coeliacs and gluten-free diets
